Who We Are

Jerry, our Managing Director of Enterprise Operations, graduated from Rutgers University with his bachelor’s degree in Finance. He has over twenty years of leadership experience in the financial industry, and he is excited to apply his extensive knowledge at GDS. Here, Jerry manages the firm’s operations to facilitate business growth, enhance the client experience, and develop top-level talent. He emphasizes the importance of strategically optimizing operational excellence in an effort to give our clients the best possible service. As a firm believer in the importance of servant leadership, Jerry was initially drawn to operations because of the emphasis on clients and relationships over selling, and he lives out that philosophy every day in his role. People are truly Jerry’s focus. He is committed to helping everyone have a positive experience with GDS. We are glad to have him on our team!

Jerry and his wife, Rita, live in North Texas with their three wonderful children. A devoted dad, Jerry spends most of his free time living vicariously through his children and their many activities. From soccer and cheerleading to piano lessons, the kids certainly keep Jerry busy!
