Office Coordinator

Claire takes pride in creating a seamless, positive experience for our valued clients. As our Office Coordinator, she is the first and last point of contact for clients who visit our office. She is responsible for answering phones, seating clients, scheduling appointments, and running the downstairs office. In addition to her work with clients, Claire also provides crucial administrative and operational assistance to our talented team of financial advisers. Her positive attitude and genuine care for everyone she meets have made her an integral part of our GDS team.

Outside of work, Claire is as caring as she is in the office. She is very close with her family and spends time serving as a caretaker for her grandmother, who has dementia. Family plays an important role in Claire’s life, and she and her fiancé, Dominic, are thrilled to live close to their loved ones.  

When she isn’t working or spending time with her family, Claire enjoys staying active, with workouts centered on Pure Barre and the Anna Kaiser Technique, and traveling. One of her favorite places to visit is northern California. She is always eager to hear recommendations for other great places to visit, so if you have any to share, be sure to let her know when you come by the office!
